Founded in September 2009, Snake Oil Cocktail Co. is a boutique cocktail design and consulting firm. Our mission is to Elevate the Craft of Cocktails for select bars, restaurants and luxury events.

Philosophy
Where traditional mixologists focus only on liqour, our beverage roots can be found in the kitchen and out-on-the-farm. We work in close collaboration with the Nation’s most respected chefs and culinary talent. We bring the sophistication and nuance of the gourmet dining experience to the creativity and precision of special events. All of our cocktails are designed with the deepest sense of commitment to the five fundamentals of simplicity, seasonality, the finest ingredients, creativity and taste.
Restaurants & Bars
Strong beverage programs are built on a foundation of great care. Our team will work with your bar or restaurant to comprise beverage programs and cocktail lists that can be easily facilitated by any employee. We provide assessment, liquor selection, and bar design services. We demonstrate how quality cocktails with fresh ingredients can actually cut costs and we understand how to make great cocktails without sacrificing efficiency. Snake Oil is designed to stick. We provide a clear picture of the final product. Our team will train your staff to prepare and mix hand-crafted drinks in the way intended to ensure consistent quality. Our beverage programs produce extraordinary results because we are consistent with our staff trainings and we inspire others to elevate the craft of the cocktail.

The right cocktails capitalize on word of mouth. Spirit, beer, wine education, mixology classes and staff training. We offer a full range of unorthodox services. We are on top of the cocktail trains, we know the best liquors, we understand how to find efficiencies behind the bar, how to make the perfect libation, and how to offer the best service.
